The 2021 AGM is proposed to be by way of an online meeting due to Covid-19 on a date to be agreed.
The 2019 AGM and Dinner took place at Shaw Hill Golf & Country Club on the 13th June 2019. Martin McEvoy took over the chairmanship from Caroline James.
The 2016 AGM and Dinner was held at the Racquets Club in Manchester on the 19th May. Record numbers attended the dinner and the AGM. The skittles tournament was however abandoned in favour of more red wine!

Annually we hold our annual dinner at venues around the North West. Here Members can reunite and listen to entertaining updates from the current RICS matrics Chairs of Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cumbria which succeeded the former RICS JO branch of Lancashire, Cheshire and Isle of Man.

The 2015 Dinner took place on the 14th May at the City Club in Chester 35 members attended the dinner. This years Club Prize was awarded to Christina Brophy from the Valuation Office Agency. Christina received the trophy from the current 1938 Club Chairman Tim Taylor as well as a cheque for £250. The members confirmed that this year the club will be making a donation of £400 to Lionheart.
